AI Coaching
Most founders I talk to don’t need another tool. They need the work they already have to flow through fewer hands. That’s where AI systems and agents earn their keep, wired into the tools a business already uses instead of living in a demo.
What we set up
Agent-powered systems that do real work. An assistant that knows your conventions and reads your knowledge base before it acts. Automations that take over the repetitive middle of a workflow. The shape depends on the business. The approach stays the same. Start with one workflow that hurts, make it boring, then expand what works.
Coaching, not dependency
Setting up a system is the smaller half. The bigger half is the people who run it. I coach founders and their teams until they can run, adjust and extend their systems themselves. The goal is that you stop needing me.
Tested on myself first
I only bring what I run myself. Every pattern I recommend has survived daily use in my own companies before it reaches yours. AI agents in my own stack shows what that looks like in practice, and the experiments never really stop.
