What is processed
Server logs (Cloudflare)
The site is served from Cloudflare Workers. When you load a page, Cloudflare receives the standard request data: your IP address, user-agent string, the URL you requested, and a timestamp. This is necessary to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare acts as a processor under its data processing addendum. Retention follows Cloudflare's standard log retention.
Analytics (Matomo)
Page views are counted using a self-hosted Matomo instance. Tracking happens server-side at the edge:
- No cookies or other identifiers are stored on your device.
- No client-side analytics script runs in your browser.
- Your IP address is not forwarded to Matomo.
- Per request, only the URL, page title, user-agent string, HTTP status, response size, server response time, and timestamp are recorded.
Statistics are retained for as long as needed for ongoing site analysis.
Contact forms (Resend)
If you write to us through one of the forms under /contact, the message is delivered via Resend, an email API provider. Resend acts as a processor. We keep your message as long as needed to answer it and follow up, then delete it.
Fonts (Google Fonts)
At the time of writing, the site loads the Roboto Flex font from fonts.googleapis.com. Loading the file transfers your IP address to Google.
Legal basis
Server logs and analytics: legitimate interest in delivering and securing the site and in understanding which content is read (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Contact forms: steps prior to or during pre-contractual communication (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), with a parallel legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Cloudflare, Resend, and Google (for fonts) are US-based and may process data outside the EU/EEA. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can request access to the data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability of data you provided, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@fillidefilla.com and we will respond.
You may also file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority responsible for our place of business, the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (datenschutz-berlin.de), or with the supervisory authority of your usual residence.
No automated decision-making
The site does not perform any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects on you.
